Terms of Service

The practical agreement for using Kyronym's preliminary naming service.

1. Operator and acceptance

2. Service scope

Kyronym explores, screens and compares naming candidates using automated systems and third-party signals. The service may change, be rate limited, paused or unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every run will return a launch-worthy recommendation.

3. No legal or ownership guarantee

Kyronym is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, trademark clearance or a guarantee of domain, handle or company-name ownership. Domain status and prices can change after checking. Search sources may be incomplete. Obtain professional trademark, linguistic and jurisdiction-specific advice before launch or material spend.

4. Your decision and content

You remain responsible for your brief, final selection, registration, clearance and use of a name. Do not submit unlawful material, infringe rights, probe or disrupt the service, bypass limits, automate abusive volumes or misrepresent preliminary findings as legal clearance.

5. AI-generated output

Language-model output can be inaccurate, generic, culturally incomplete or unexpectedly similar to existing material. Recommendations are decision support, not certainty. Review every output before relying on it.

6. Affiliates and third parties

Kyronym may receive a commission at no additional cost to you when you use a disclosed registrar link. Registrars, search providers and other third parties set their own availability, price, renewal, contract and privacy terms. Kyronym is not the seller of a domain.

7. Brand Identity purchases

The free creation experience provides a preview. A €49 one-time Brand Identity contains the approved engineered Primary logo as an editable SVG and useful PNG exports, the recommended typography with source and licensing information, the saved color palette, Brand Story, concise identity guide and README for the exact identity version shown at purchase. A purchased vector-first identity also includes original vector PDF logos, its generated world image and its brand presentation page. The purchase covers one chosen identity; existing purchases retain their original package version and files. Physical products are not included. It does not include trademark clearance, a uniqueness guarantee, bespoke agency work, favicon, app icon, responsive identity system or Complete Brand Book. AI-prepared strategy and visual outputs can be inaccurate or unsuitable and must be reviewed before use. This purchase is not a subscription.

For immediate digital delivery, an EEA consumer must expressly request delivery during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends when the download becomes available. This does not limit mandatory remedies for faulty or non-conforming digital content. Contact hello@kyronym.com about a cancellation, defect or refund. A successful refund revokes future download access; the immutable order and package audit record remain for legal and operational purposes.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyronym is provided “as is.” Different Investments Ab Oy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, registration decisions, third-party disputes or reliance on incomplete screening. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension and changes

We may restrict abusive use, enforce rate limits or suspend service to protect users and operations. Material term changes will be posted with a new update date. Finnish law applies, without limiting mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to EEA consumers.
